Behind every LOF programme sits a structured, multi-layered assessment framework rooted in our LOF-SEL Model. Students complete a baseline assessment before their programme begins, capturing where they are right now across leadership, resilience, critical thinking, communication, and self-awareness. They complete the same assessment again at the end.
The methodology draws on recognised SEL competency research, combines multiple evidence sources beyond self-reporting, and is designed to produce data that is meaningful rather than just measurable. The full framework is proprietary, but the outputs are transparent: schools receive a clear, competency-level growth report for every cohort.
What schools get: A pre-programme baseline report, a post-programme growth report, individual student competency profiles, cohort-level trend data, and an OFSTED and ISI-ready impact summary for UK schools.
