Game-CHanging Leadership, Resilience and Critical Thinking Courses For 11-24 YeaR Olds

The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) across industries is transforming the global workforce. A Brookings Institution analysis reveals that over 30% of workers will face significant disruption, with at least half of their tasks potentially automated by generative AI (Brookings, 2023). 

As technology advances, human-centric skills are increasingly important. A 2023 World Economic Forum survey indicates that employers are prioritising leadership and social influence skills, which have grown by 22 percentage points. Resilience, adaptability, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving have also gained importance, with increases of 17 points. These skills are crucial for achieving success in education, the workplace, and life.

 In response to this urgent need, we launched the "Leaders of Our Future" initiative to inspire and nurture these crucial skills in young individuals from the start.
