About Leaders of our Future

In 2022, founder Nawal Arshad recognised the need to promote leadership, resilience, and self-awareness in young children. By nurturing these skills early, we empower them to become confident, adaptable, and compassionate leaders, fostering an inclusive culture.  As generative AI evolves over the next ten to twenty years, many professions will change, making it crucial for the next generation to develop soft skills for a competitive edge.  This vision led to the creation of the Leaders of Future concept.
