Two nationally recognised accreditations, each delivered as its own structured course: the ILM Level 2 Young Leaders Award, and LOF’s approved DofE Skills section courses for Bronze and Silver. Schools can run one, or both alongside each other.
A nationally recognised qualification that transforms how young people see themselves as leaders. Students aged 13 to 17 (Years 9–12) work through 3 modules, earning the ILM Level 2 Young Leaders Award and the CREST STEM Bronze Award, both internationally recognised credentials that strengthen UCAS applications.

Universities and employers value this award as it highlights leadership, critical thinking and self-awareness in young people. It also opens progression to further ILM qualifications, such as ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management.
Leaders of Our Future is an approved provider for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Skills section, running structured, 1-hour-a-week courses that meet DofE’s official minimum timescales. Students complete a Bronze course or a Silver course, both delivered flexibly around the school day.

Both options run during school hours or after school, and can be delivered virtually or in person, whichever fits your timetable and facilities best.
