Leaders of Future CIC is our not-for-profit arm, created to ensure that every young person, regardless of background, income, or geography, has access to the leadership and life skills that will define their future.
Leaders of Our Future Ltd was already delivering. But we saw the gap clearly: the young people who needed our programmes most were in the schools that could afford them least. We set up Leaders of Future CIC to close that gap permanently.
Private and independent schools were investing in leadership development. State schools, particularly those in under-resourced areas, had no equivalent access. We could not stand by and watch that inequality deepen.
Individual goodwill is not a sustainable model. We built a CIC to create a legally accountable, community-locked structure where every penny generated goes back into widening access for young people.
Our Ltd company generates income from commercial clients, corporate partners, and fee-paying schools. That income directly subsidises free and funded delivery through the CIC. It is not charity. It is a system.
We are building something that will outlast any one founder. The CIC structure gives funders, grant bodies, and corporate partners the confidence that their investment is protected, purposeful, and permanent.
Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are consistently less likely to develop the soft skills, confidence, and networks that drive long-term career success. That gap begins in secondary school and widens every year.
Our CIC is laser-focused on three pillars. Everything we fund, every partnership we form, and every programme we run through the CIC traces back to one or more of these.
Fund free delivery of LOF programmes in state schools, pupil referral units, and community settings across the UK.
Prioritise schools and cohorts in areas of high deprivation, where the opportunity gap is greatest and the impact is most urgent.
Deliver evidence-based resilience, critical thinking, and career coaching to young people aged 10 to 24, equipping them for work and life.
Every LOF CIC programme is built on the LOF-SEL Model, our evidence-based framework developed across the UK, GCC, and South East Asia. All programmes are delivered free or heavily subsidised to state schools. Every student is assessed before and after, so we can evidence real growth for every young person.
As a registered Community Interest Company, Leaders of Future CIC is legally bound to operate in the interests of the community. Our assets are community-locked and cannot be redirected for private gain. That is not just a promise. It is written into our structure.
Leaders of Future CIC is actively pursuing a diversified funding strategy. We welcome conversations with grant-making bodies, social impact investors, and institutions aligned with education, equity, and youth development.
Applying to trusts and foundations focused on education, social mobility, and youth development.
Open to blended finance and mission-aligned investment that supports scale without compromising community purpose.
Partnering with businesses whose CSR agenda aligns with closing the social mobility gap in education.
Leaders of Future CIC welcomes enquiries from a range of individuals and organisations. Whoever you are, if you believe in what we are building, there is a conversation to be had.
