2.2 By completing enrolment, you confirm that:
2.3 LOF reserves the right to refuse enrolment where information is incomplete or where participation may not be appropriate. LOF will exercise this right fairly and in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Refusal will only occur where there are genuine concerns about safety, safeguarding, or programme suitability, and reasons will be communicated to the applicant.
By enrolling a learner in a LOF programme, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
3.1 The learner is accepted on the condition that they behave appropriately in lessons and do not disrupt the learning of other students. Failure to meet this standard may result in the learner being asked to leave a session, at the reasonable discretion of the class tutor.
3.2 Class schedules, tutor notes, homework assignments, and other course communications are managed through the LOF portal. You will ensure that both you and the learner register for parent and student user accounts and are able to access the portal. If you experience any issues accessing the portal, please contact LOF and we will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible ahead of the next scheduled class.
3.3 Class attendance, class participation, and home assignments are core components of LOF’s course assessments. Failure to attend class sessions and/or complete course assignments may result in withholding of the LOF course completion certificate. 3.4 The tutor may contact you through the LOF portal if there are any concerns about the learner’s performance or participation in the course.

3.6 You confirm that you will disclose all relevant medical conditions or safety considerations (such as allergies) to LOF management and the class tutor prior to the first session. If you do not disclose such conditions, LOF will not be able to take them into account when supporting the learner.
